Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days
Tier 2 cities: 5–8 business days
Other pincodes: 7–10 business days
Cradles and large items: 7–14 business days (made-to-order)

Business days are Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 2pm IST are processed the following business day.

Orders above ₹1,500: free shipping
Orders below ₹1,500: flat ₹99
Large items (cradles): additional shipping charges may apply for remote pincodes and will be displayed at checkout

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email and SMS. You can also track via your account.

We use Delhivery, Bluedart, and Shiprocket-affiliated couriers depending on your pincode and the product.

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges may apply.
