1. About us

We try to display product colours, dimensions, and descriptions as accurately as possible. Small variations may occur due to the handcrafted nature of many of our products — this is part of their character, not a defect.

4. Pricing

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and inclusive of applicable GST
  • We reserve the right to change prices without notice — but orders already placed will be honoured at the original price
  • Promotional discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated

5. Orders

An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive an order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion (rare cases: stock errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud). If we cancel, you'll be fully refunded immediately.

6. Payment

We accept payment via UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and major Indian wallets, processed securely through Razorpay and other PCI-DSS compliant partners. Bloom Nest does not store your card details.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, images, logos, designs — is owned by Bloom Nest or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission.

9. User accounts

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloom Nest's liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the price paid for that product. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
