How long does delivery take?
Metro cities (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune): 3–5 business days. Tier 2 cities: 5–8 business days. Large items like cradles ship in 7–14 business days as they're made to order.
Can I return this if it doesn't work for us?
Yes — we accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. For hygiene reasons, used feeding sets, bath products, and soft goods can't be returned unless defective. Full details on our Returns page.
Is this safe and tested for babies?
Every Bloom Nest product is tested to relevant international standards — OEKO-TEX for fabrics, EN-71 for toys, FDA and LFGB for feeding sets, ASTM for cradles. Specific certifications for this product are listed in the description above.
How do I care for this?
Care instructions for this product are in the description above. As a general rule: wood pieces wipe-clean with a barely damp cloth; silicone is dishwasher and steriliser safe; cotton goods machine-wash cold and air-dry.
Do you offer gift wrapping?
Linen-wrapped gift packaging is coming soon. In the meantime, every Bloom Nest order ships in recyclable cardboard with soft tissue — quietly considered, gift-ready as-is.
